Jesse Jane

Jesse Jane was an American performer, actress, host and producer whose career centered on a Digital Playground contract era that began in the early 2000s and included high-budget adult features. Born July 16, 1980 in Fort Worth, Texas, she first worked in commercials, pageants and bikini modeling before signing with Digital Playground. That studio contract made her one of the company's signature contract performers, and her career remained tied to U.S. productions. Her contract with Digital Playground represented a move into a major studio contract.

Her feature credits include Pirates (2005), in which she played Jules, and Pirates II: Stagnetti's Revenge (2008), in which she reprised the role. Both were high-budget Digital Playground releases, and they became signature titles of the 2005–2008 franchise period. The Pirates films were among the era's best-known high-budget adult features. She later appeared in Code of Honor (2013). Jane earned numerous AVN and XBIZ nominations during her career, and she was inducted into the XRCO Hall of Fame in 2012. Her awards record also includes a 2009 Hot d'Or acting win.

Beyond performing, Jane worked as a host and producer. She made mainstream television appearances and developed product branding tied to her name. Her professional output combined feature productions with those hosting, television and branding activities. She died on January 24, 2024, in Moore, Oklahoma, at age 43.
