Lanny Barbie

Lanny Barbie is a Canadian performer and model whose professional career developed across North American screen and magazine productions during the 2000s, a period in which she built a dual body of work in performance and modeling and a professional path that continued through multiple credited projects. Born on August 29, 1981, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, she began her credited screen work in 2002 and continued to appear in professional releases throughout the decade, establishing a career that moved forward from that initial period and a start that marked the beginning of her screen career.

A later credited acting role followed in 2009, extending her professional timeline beyond the earlier years of the 2000s and representing a later stage in her working life. She was also billed under the variant names Lani Barbi, Lanie, and Lanny Barby, alternative professional identities used during her career and names under which she appeared in professional billing. Her professional base was Montreal, Quebec, and her work remained tied to North American productions, placing her career within a Canadian and continental context.

The combination of screen performance and magazine modeling shaped her career identity and public profile during that period. In June 2003 she appeared as Penthouse Pet of the Month, a magazine recognition that formed part of her 2000s profile and connected her screen work to modeling. Her screen work also earned five industry award nominations, adding further recognition to an established professional career.
