BadoinkVR
BaDoinkVR is an adult virtual-reality studio and streaming platform launched by BaDoink in July 2015. The brand was an early commercial producer of 180- and 360-degree adult VR and remains active.
About BadoinkVR
BaDoinkVR was launched by the broader BaDoink business on July 16, 2015, during the first major consumer wave of virtual-reality headsets. The launch announcement described a dedicated site for 180- and 360-degree immersive video and identified CM Productions LLC as the company then behind the BaDoink brand.
Todd Glider, then CEO of CM Productions, was a prominent public executive during the launch period. Xavi Clos later became one of the studio's best-known production figures, representing BaDoinkVR in technology partnerships and industry discussions. WIRED reported that the first BaDoink VR scene appeared in the summer of 2015 and that the operation expanded rapidly during its early years.
BaDoink's corporate and operating structure has changed over time. Current BaDoink legal material identifies a newer data-controller entity for the broader BaDoink website, but the available documentation does not establish that entity as the legal operator of BaDoinkVR itself. The front-facing fact card therefore keeps the network relationship while avoiding an unsupported current-operator claim.
